Box Fold & Stack
Fold a cardboard box and stack assembled boxes. Folding and stacking are evaluated as separate subtasks.
Robot in Simulation
Task Description
The robot closes a cardboard mailer box. One arm takes hold of the open lid, folds it over the box along its crease, and pushes the tuck flap down into the front slot. The cardboard bends and pushes back, so the arm has to keep the panels under control and press firmly enough to seat the flap.
Human Demonstrations
Grounding Focus
Crease behavior, panel contact, and stack stability connect material modeling with the order and timing of manipulation.
Evaluation Focus
Fold order, final box and stack stability, placement accuracy, damage, and completion time.
Evaluation protocols and results will be published as they become available.
Includes a task from ABC.
